ANALYTICS. AUTOMATION. OPERATIONS. DECISIONS..

I BUILD WHAT SHOULD EXIST.

I diagnose messy data, manual workflows, broken reporting, and disconnected systems, then build the simplest reliable system that fixes the problem.

I LEARNED TO BUILD BECAUSE THE SYSTEM I NEEDED OFTEN DIDN’T EXIST.

When the standard version was unavailable, unaffordable, poorly designed, or simply not good enough, I learned to make the better version myself. That became a career: understand how the system works, find where it fails, and build the version that should have existed in the first place.

Different industries. Same instinct: find what is true, find what is broken, build what should exist.

BRING ME THE PART OF THE BUSINESS EVERYONE KNOWS SHOULD WORK BETTER.

I do my best work when the problem is messy, cross-functional, partially understood, or held together by manual effort. You do not need to know what technology you need. You do not even need to know exactly what is wrong.

Show me what is happening. I will help figure out what should happen instead.

REPORTING THAT TAKES TOO MUCH WORK

Five files. Three systems. Manual cleanup. Recurring fire drill. Leadership still waits for the answer.

WORKFLOWS HELD TOGETHER BY PEOPLE

Email chains, spreadsheets, repeated entry, tribal knowledge, and one person who knows how everything actually works.

DECISIONS THAT STILL REQUIRE GUESSING

The dashboard says what happened, but nobody can explain why it happened or what should happen next.

SOFTWARE THAT ALMOST WORKS

The existing tool handles 80% of the process. The remaining 20% creates most of the pain.

THE TECHNOLOGY IS SECONDARY. THE PROBLEM COMES FIRST.

Python. SQL. Power BI. Excel. Apps Script. AI. Automation. Lightweight applications. I use whatever gets us to the simplest reliable solution.

DATA THAT DOESN’T AGREE

Different teams produce different answers. KPI definitions drift. Nobody is quite sure which number is true.

THE THING THAT DOESN’T EXIST YET

Sometimes the right answer is not another platform. Sometimes we need to build the lightweight tool, automation, model, or workflow the business actually needs.

A first conversation does not need to become a giant consulting engagement.
