After graduating top of my class, I deployed to Iraq, where I led daily threat briefings and uncovered attack patterns that directly reshaped U.S. aviation protocols. My work cut aircraft strikes by over 50%. That early success shaped my philosophy: precision matters, systems must serve the mission, and data when handled right can save lives or millions.

After the military, I earned my degree in Marketing Communication while working in strategy and analytics roles at top agencies. I later led portfolio analytics at Brookfield Properties, where I built data models that helped keep malls open during COVID while competitors shut down. I architected real-time density tracking tools using Wi-Fi and camera data, translating chaos into compliance.

Today, I serve as Senior Business Analytics Manager at Z Modular, where I lead enterprise-wide systems spanning pricing intelligence, rent roll diagnostics, exposure tracking, and cross-functional executive reporting. I partner with Legal, Capital Markets, Asset Management, Marketing, and Finance to ensure our data isn’t just accurate—it’s operationally decisive.

I’m also the founder of Runbird, an independent analytics platform built to detect hidden risks and surface revenue opportunities across multifamily, student housing, and STR portfolios. Runbird’s tools help operators move from fragmented reporting to clear, tactical direction.
