I’m Manoah Williams—a strategic data leader with roots in military intelligence and a track record of exposing blind spots across real estate, retail, and government. I believe analytics isn’t about dashboards. It’s about decisions. About making the unclear undeniable. And building systems that speak the truth even when people won’t.

My career began briefing generals in Iraq, where I mapped threat patterns and rewrote flight protocols after one of our aircraft was hit—cutting aircraft strikes by over 50%. That moment shaped everything: the clarity to see what others miss, and the courage to act on it.

Since then, I’ve brought that same lens to Brookfield Properties, where I led analytics for over 90 retail centers, blending Wi-Fi and camera data to power compliance and leasing strategies during COVID. At Z Modular, I built a fully cross-functional reporting platform, guided executive strategy, and led pricing and risk detection across a $1B portfolio.

Outside of enterprise, I’ve supported marketing transformations for health clubs, optimized operations for city governments, and created SEO-first brand strategies that move both search rankings and sales. Across every domain, the work is the same: take what’s messy, make it clear, and make it matter.
